The Flathub folks have all the know-how to deal with the under-the-hood mechanics in building flatpaks, while we're the owners of the release pipeline. However, in the past weeks, lots of good issues and feedback came via #flatpaks (both from Mozilla's https://chat.mozilla.org/#/room/#flatpaks:mozilla.org and from IRC freenode) that ended up as bugs here. While we, as RelEng, don't necessarily have the bandwidth/expertise to fix all the filed bugs, the community has been really great and helped us a lot with this. So I'd encourage you to file it here. 

Red Hat has tree Firefox developers right now so we can look at Linux/Flatpak specific issues.
