Yeah, a new issue would be ideal. Also I just tried this on nightly, and the Pocket icon removal does persist across a restart. Do you have any steps I need to do to reproduce the issue? Also are you using firefox sync? It's just a guess, but maybe there is a bug with sync, and if you don't have sync setup that would quickly rule that out as a potential cause.
