We are currently including as part of our bundle. It is relatively small with no dependencies (~100-200 lines), however our procedure thus far has been to include it separately. I think this change is optional. Note that Reselect is included in the Firefox license under devtools.

We are now including Reselect in our bundle for Activity Stream, so this needs to get added to the Firefox license. Note that Reselect is already included under devtools.
