thanks for looking into the details from Comment 11 and report back the results on your Firefox Nightly profile,
do you mind to also look if in the directory "<AFFECTED_PROFILE_PATH>/browser-extension-data/simple-tab-groups@drive4ik"
there are any of the following file names? "storage.js", "storage.js.migrated" or "storage.js.corrupted"?
