STR:
 1. Click the pencil icon to edit a comment.
 2. Make some change.
 3. Click the "Update comment" button, near the left edge of the button.

ACTUAL RESULTS:
The "Update comment" button suddenly gets smaller (because its text changes to "Saving"), which may mean **the Cancel button jumps under your cursor**.  This gives you a moment of panic where you worry that perhaps you accidentally clicked Cancel (because there it is, right on the spot you just clicked).

EXPECTED RESULTS:
Buttons shouldn't jump under your cursor when you click.
