1. From desktop Firefox open the **Preferences** (`about:preferences`).
2. Scroll to the heading for **Network Settings**.
3. Press the **Settings…** button.
4. The **Connection Settings** modal will appear.
It'd be nice for an API to cover these custom Proxy Connection Settings. Perhaps a pref to follow the system-level Android proxy settings?
