Since this will be the first use of `OSKeyStore` we need to ensure that the key storage (e.g. user-facing name for macOS: bug 1639795) are appropriate and we need to decide how we want to handle profile-per-install since that is new since the API was added. Since the security boundary is the OS account one key per application for the whole OS account is probably fine as long as we aren't deleting/changing the key from any code.
