It looks like [mozilla-group:active_scm_level_1](https://tools.taskcluster.net/auth/scopes/generic-worker%3Aallow-rdp%3Aaws-provisioner-v1%2Fgecko-t-win*/role:mozilla-group%3Aactive_scm_level_1) has scope `generic-worker:allow-rdp:aws-provisioner-v1/gecko-t-win*` so you [section 5.1 of the interactive loaner process](https://wiki.mozilla.org/ReleaseEngineering/How_To/Self_Provision_a_TaskCluster_Windows_Instance#For_generic-worker_10.5.0_onwards) should be done. Make sure to assign the scope to the task (section 5.2) and please report if you have any problems. If you do hit an issue, please provide the list of scopes you see under [this page](https://tools.taskcluster.net/credentials) and the ClientId you are using.
