I can confirm the behavior mentioned in comment 0, on all Firefox latest versions, across OS-es (Windows 10, Ubuntu 18.04 and Mac OS 10.14). This seems to be an old issue as mentioned, possibly dating back 9 years ( bug 575612 NOT CONFIRMED - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=575612 ) or at least 4 years when a similar report was filed - 1123161 - https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1123161.
