As mitmproxy 4.0.4 is still in the experimental area of development. I would advise against adopting it in new testsuites. :erahm why did you used `--no-upstream-cert` none of the tests that we run in raptor or other projects use that setting. As noted by :davehunt and also see Bug 1517323 it causes HTT{/2 issues.
