The result of the preliminary investigation is that, the video sink stops consuming video data from video queue after audio reached to the end, which causes no more video decoding task to be dispatched and the video decoding can't reach to the end.

I'm still investigating why we stop comsuming the video data and why didn't dispatch any decoding task after that.

This issue looks not related with audio looping, it seems more related with using decoded stream.
