**Steps to reproduce**
1. Launch Firefox;
2. Access about:crashparent
3. Click on the Restart Firefox button;

**Expected result**
* There are no visual glitches;

**Actual result**
* The info text in the Crash Reporter window is selected after pressing the button;

**Regression range**
* will provide one asap;
* at first glimpse 2019-03-06 appears to not be affected;

**Additional notes**
* attached screenshot with the issue;
* macOS 10.14 and Ubuntu 18.04 operating systems are not affected;
