**Steps to reproduce**
1. Open Firefox with a new profile.
2. Reach: https://passport.baidu.com/v2/?login
3. Click on the "用户名登录" button to dismiss the QRcode logging and go to the username login.
4. Input any strings inside the input boxes (username, password).
5. On the pop-up to save the input credentials, confirm it.
6. Refresh the page and click on the "用户名登录" button to dismiss the QRcode logging and go to the username login.

**Expected result**
* The username and password saved are auto-filled inside the input boxes.

**Actual result**
* Only the username is being auto-filled, while the password can only be filled manually or by the use of the password manager drop-down.

**Regression range**
* Is not a regression.

**Additional notes**
* The password field has the attribute autocomplete="off" and it should be auto-filled when the "signon.autofillForms.autocompleteOff" pref is "true" (bug 1531135).
* The same issue occurs on the following sites also:
