We need a completely new Enter Bug page. Hopefully in this Q3 or Q4.

* Organized in the same way as the [modal bug page](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1344091)
* Allow to change the product (like Sebastin’s [new-bug](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/new-bug) page experiment)
* Allow to upload multiple attachments at once (using the API, originally [planned](https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1427621) for the new-bug page)
* Support mobile devices (no more old-school table layout)
