Environment: 
Device: Nexus 6P (Android 8.1.0);
Build: Beta 68.0b3;

Steps to reproduce:
1. Go to youtube.com and choose a video;
2. Observe the "SIGN IN" button from the top right corner of the page.

Expected result:
There should not be any "SIGN IN" button.

Actual result:
A "SIGN IN" button is visible in the top right corner of the page.

Notes:
- This button has a changing colour:
  - red: https://drive.google.com/file/d/1N98kKxkgj-QBZmjCrS8d911QDtnxTmdn/view?usp=sharing
  - blue: https://drive.google.com/file/d/18dTdGjeeFiui0LGv53s9HtDT1InYGY5h/view?usp=sharing
- The "Sign in" is also available in the three dots menu;
- Reproducible rate 1/3.
