We are going to have a 67.0.2 release to fix a regression introducted by 676.0.1, hopefully this Friday and need to display the What's New page we had for 67.0.1 (bug 1551749) for the same locales.

The only change compared to the 67.0.1 WNP is that we don't want users that are already on 67.0.1 to get this what's new page (we don't want to show them this page twice in a week).
