Build a page that loads and displays all spocs from a staging environment in AdZerk.

1. Setup a staging environment in AdZerk
2. Create a new endpoint in the Proxy Server to get spocs from the AdZerk staging environment
3. Build a Javascript(?) app that displays all spocs that it gets from the above endpoint
