Open about:debugging 2. Hit Ctrl+Tab until you get to one of the sidebar buttons 3. On the next mouse clicks of either of them, they'll get the dotted outlines Note that you'll also be able to drag these button, whereas this isn't possible on about:preferences and about:addons.
