Gmail's header acknowledges that we're saying p=NONE in our DMARC header, but is regardless showing me the UI above in both mobile and desktop clients; they may not agree with our theory here that p=none is equivalent to "do not use this as an evaluation criteria".

The valid, passing DKIM signature is signed for domain=amazonses.com, so I assume that we haven't configure Simple DKIM or similar on the SES instance used by Wikimo, and so rather than signing with mozilla.com, it's just getting the default global AWS signature.
