I can take a look, but it's rather odd that this happened given that `./mach test --debugger=rr` was one of the conditions I explicitly tested manually prior to landing this.

I can take a look, but it's rather odd that this happened given that `./mach test --debugger=rr` was one of the conditions I explicitly tested manually prior to landing this. EDIT: misunderstood the nature of the problem - I tested only that it can properly recognize `rr` as a debugger.
