Reproducible: always

Steps To Reproduce:
0. Start with new profile
1. Open https://www.wikipedia.org/
2. Select some text
3. Right click and choose "View Selection Source"

Actual Results:
Pocket icon becomes red on View Selection Source tab

Expected Results:
normal(black/white) icon
