Oops, I just realized that none of the 0xfffffffc/-4 context errors happened in Firefox. Instead they happened in processes named Pixelmator, Photos, and Monument Helper. What are those processes? Are they separate apps? These context errors should have caused them to crash -- did they? Did they crash around the same time as Firefox? Were they interacting with Firefox in any way? Note that most of my probes are limited to processes named "firefox" and "plugin-container". That's why they weren't triggered by any other process.
