   Arch64

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Reach http://distribution.bbb3d.renderfarming.net/video/mp4/bbb_sunflower_1080p_60fps_normal.mp4
2. Press the Tab key multiple times.

**Expected result**
* You can move between elements in the control bar using the Tab key.

**Actual result**
* You can't select any element from the control bar with  the Tab key.

**Regression range**
I will return with a regression range ASAP. 

**Additional notes**
*This issue only occurs on Win 10 and the  arch64 build.
