In the Errors view, in the header the name of the worker pool lacks the "/". So it's not convenient to locate the worker pool in the db (no copy-paste).

Let's display the name exactly as it is.

Let's display the name exactly as it is.

Would be even better if the header was a link leading to the worker pool view.
