**Steps to reproduce**
1. Launch Firefox, DevTools - Netmonitor;
2. Access any webpage;
3. Block any request, refresh page if needed;
4. Grab the status icon for the blocked request and drag it around;

**Expected result**
* Icon remains as it is;

**Actual result**
* icon is dragable;
* cursor icon changes;

**Regression range**
