Will, what is this bug exactly about ? Is this about the contrast ratio between the background and the URL color being to low ? or is this about the 2 different dark theme backgrounds ? If it's the latter, bug 1540515 is already filed for that. If it's the former, we can keep this bug open and rename as appropriate.
