Just an observation: If you save postacert.eml and copia.eml and then drag them into a mail folder again, then you see the attachments. Bug 1240290 disabled the decoding of messages in parts, that is, anything but the top level. The complainer in bug 1524750 was told: WONTFIX with a reference to bug 1576655.
