*Affected versions* * 74.0a1 (20200206093813) * 73.0 (20200203203546) * 72.0.2 (20200117190643) *Affected platforms* * Windows 10x64 *Preconditions* * have two monitors *Steps to reproduce* 1. Open Firefox and https://img-9gag-fun.9cache.com/photo/aGgbNn0_460svvp9.webm. 2. Right-click the video and select Picture in Picture option. *Expected result* * PiP player is correctly shown in the default location. *Actual result* * PiP player briefly showed on the second monitor too. *Regression Range* * The issue is not a regression because the issue is reproducible way back to Firefox 67.0a1 (20190212195904), which is the last build that has "media.videocontrols.picture-in-picture.enabled" pref for the picture in picture. *Notes* * Attached a screenshot. * I cannot seem to reproduce this on the same station using Ubuntu 18.04. * Only some videos are affected. Another example will be https://9gag.com/gag/a4RW10y.
