**Affected versions** * 75.0a1 (2020-02-16) * 74.0b4 * 73.0 **Affected platforms** * Windows 10x64 * macOS 10.14 * Ubuntu 18.04x64 **Steps to reproduce** 1. Launch Firefox. 2. Go to about:preferences. 3. Change the the default zoom (e.g set it to 90%). 4. Open different sites in new tabs. 5. Restart Firefox. 6. Go to one of the opened tabs in order to load it. **Expected result** * No flash with 100% zoom level after restart. **Actual result** * A 100% zoom flash is displayed when loading the page after restart. **Regression range** * This issue is not a recent regression since I was able to reproduce it on Firefox 73.0. I’ll come with a regression range asap. **Additional notes** * I’ll attach a screen recording with the issue.
