Then what is the point of keeping "Copy Email Address" and "Copy Name and Email Address" for recipient in preview pane and not just "Copy" to keep consitancy in the UX...?!

Then what is the point of keeping "Copy Email Address" and "Copy Name and Email Address" for recipient in preview pane and not just "Copy" to keep consitancy in the UX...?! In email preview or reading pane you could simple have the ability to access the pill data read-only the same way you do in compose email... and keep similar context menu entries... where applicable...
