Enabling `widget.wayland_vsync.enabled` on KDE Plasma 5.17.5 (Fedora 31) causes Firefox to only refresh once a window is re-focused. With that pref set to `false` Firefox works, as long as one doesn't move or resize any window (bug 1593478).
