Next up:
- stop referring to things as controllers now that they're actually windows
- replace utils.jsm, KeyboardHelper.jsm, MouseEventHelper functions with something more modern
- replace `WindowWatcher` with something more modern
- change the helper module packaging so it no longer has `mozmill` in the URLs
- close this bug
