[willkg](https://github.com/willkg) merged [PR #2015: "bug 1618942: add system test for symbolicate api and downloading sym files"](https://github.com/mozilla-services/tecken/pull/2015) in [77b2345](https://github.com/mozilla-services/tecken/commit/77b2345847981d02494191eb3b503087434829ec). Things that still need to be done: 1. write an upload test and an upload-by-download test 2. verify the symbolicate api v4 and v5 response schemas--are they correct? are they complete? After I finish the first one, I can move on with other things. I'll probably spin the second one off as a new bug to do later.

I need to do the first 2. Item 3 can be pushed off to a new bug and deferred until I need it.
