**Steps to reproduce**
* devtools.webconsole.input.eagerEvaluation set on true;
1. Launch Firefox, enable DevTools, select the Console tab;
2. Hover over the Multi-line editor button;

**Expected result**
* icon is centered in the button;

**Actual result**
* icon is shifted 2 pixels higher;

**Regression range**
* not a regression;
