Sorry, I misunderstood your comment.

From comment 10,  "GPU #1" was "NVIDIA Quadro P1000(0x1cbb)". With it, the PC should be Qualified for WebRender by Bug 1614376.

From comment 10,  "GPU #1" was "NVIDIA Quadro P1000(0x1cbb)". With it, the PC should be withing DeviceFamily::NvidiaRolloutWebRender.
