Actually I can reproduce the youtube issue in GeckoView Example. STR:

1) go to youtube and play a video.
2) while video is playing create a new tab
3) switch back to youtube tab

Actual
Video image is frozen while audio plays.

Expected
Video resumes playing with the audio.
