**Steps to reproduce**
1. Launch Firefox, access about:logins
2. Edit any user/login;
3. Grab the browser and shrink the width of it;

**Expected result**
* section has a set min-width;

**Actual result**
* close(x) button for the section, overlaps with the text;

**Regression range**
* will check and provide one asap;

**Additional notes**
* adding 1626215 at the see also field, since it's issue pushes the button unecesarily;
* attached screenshot with the issue.
