:jmaher, :bc, do these optimizations apply for both autoland and mozilla-central? I think this patch disabled all of our warm pageload tests on geckoview in CI. All the browsertime mobile tests that were running on central have also been disabled since this bug landed: https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=1615255
