The breakage is non-deterministic. Top-level loads to various google.com properties have been failing for me in non-deterministic ways. These loads can be the result of a link click (e.g., redirecting through google.com on an outbound link click from gmail.com) or when visiting a site directly in the address bar (e.g., calendar.google.com or www.google.com). I've attached a har file (with cookies removed) for a top-level request to https://calendar.google.com that has fails.
