:emilio, is [HTMLMediaElement::GetCurrentImage()](https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/9399e5832979755cd340383f4ca4069dd5fc7774/dom/html/HTMLMediaElement.cpp#2166) needs to return  a valid video frame image if ready state of the MediaElement is not HAVE_NOTHING nor HAVE_METADATA(HAVE_CURRENT_DATA, HAVE_ENOUGH_DATA, HAVE_FUTURE_DATA)  for [nsLayoutUtils::SurfaceFromElement()](https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/rev/851bbbd9d9a38c2785a24c13b6412751be8d3253/layout/base/nsLayoutUtils.cpp#7065)?
