**Affected versions**
* 76.0b4, 77.0a1 (2020-04-14);

**Affected platforms**
* macOS 10.15, Windows 10;

**Steps to reproduce**
1. Launch Firefox, resize the browser @ half the screen;
2. Scroll down to Language and Appearance;
3. In the top-right corner search for "ar";
4. Click on the Default Font button;
5. Open the menu and scroll up/down;

**Expected result**
* menu is displayed with all options listed as expected;

**Actual result**
* horizontal scroll bar displayed, menu limited but extra spacing appears to be added as well;

**Regression range**
* First bad: 2020-03-30;
* Last good: 2020-03-29;
