This is a meta bug to capture work required to update Firefox Desktop to use the Rust FxA Client library.

There are three Jira epics that capture the high-level breakdown of the work.

SYNC-965 - Integrate FxA rust component into desktop Open
SYNC-1083 - Gradually migrate Firefox Desktop away from Assertions Open
