**Steps to reproduce**

1. Launch Firefox, ensure that "prompts.modalType.insecureFormSubmit"pref is set to 2;
2. Access [this link](http://eviltrap.site/trap/insecure-form-submission-prompt-spam/). 

**Expected result**
* "Continue" button is highlighted. 

**Actual result**
* The highlight is not visible on "Continue" button. 

**Regression range**
* not a regression

**Additional notes**
* When you click on the "Cancel" button, the highlight is visible, but there is NO highlight when you click on the "Continue" button.
