What this crash indicates is that we resolved the promise either there https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/dom/media/platforms/apple/AppleVTDecoder.cpp#191 or there: https://searchfox.org/mozilla-central/source/dom/media/platforms/apple/AppleVTDecoder.cpp#201 Yet decoding started and we would have normally returned a frame. It's likely playback is now broken on mac.
