**Steps to reproduce**

1. Launch Firefox, ensure that "prompts.modalType.insecureFormSubmit"pref is set to 2;
2. Access [this link](http://eviltrap.site/trap/insecure-form-submission-prompt-spam/). 
3. Resize the browser to minimum width. 
4. Click on "Cancel" or "Continue" button. 

**Expected result**
* The Insecure Form Submit prompt is correctly displayed.

**Actual result**
* The Insecure Form Submit prompt is NOT correctly displayed. Only the "Cancel" button is visible after resizing the browser. 

**Regression range**
* Will check if one ASAP.

**Additional notes**
