**Steps to reproduce**

1. Launch Firefox, ensure that "prompts.modalType.insecureFormSubmit"pref is set to 2;
2. Resize the window.
3. Access [this link](http://jigsaw.w3.org/HTTP/Basic/). 
4. Resize the prompt (drag the right corner on all the screen). 

**Expected result**
* The prompt is not resized on all the screen. 

**Actual result**
* The prompt is resized on all the screen. 

**Regression range**
* Will check if one ASAP.
