We are seeing multiple random incomplete requests in the netmonitor.

STR:
1) Open devtools in a new tab window
2) Select the network panel
3) Make sure the `Disable Cache` option is not checked
4) In the browser address bar go to `www.mozilla.org`
5) Check the request list

AR:
There are requests that are incomplete i.e not status codes, no responses in the  headers side panel See attachments

ER:
All requests should all be complete
