Yeah, the WIP implementation has managed to ride into 75, but will not be in any other version until we decide it's ready. Note that any manual pref switching may negatively the browser, technically, and there is a warning about that when you reach "about: config". I think this can be closed, it works as expected in 76 (i.e. disabled).
