@Sam, can we revert the part of your patch that opened the PDF in the current tab?

To be clear, this was a concious decision made when fixing bug 1191591, since we now support keyboard modifiers when clicking on downloads. Pressing ctrl+click on the download will open the PDF in a new tab.
