When identifying the contents of a story, if there's nothing else exciting, we bucket "bug changed" into the "edited-metadata" email type. However, the "bug changed" detection has an issue: it's looking for a `core:customField` transaction type, not `core:customfield`. Perhaps this changed since the initial phab-email work?
